Turnover cleaning
Turnover cleaning between guests or tenants for short-term rentals and rental homes in Huntington, Kenova and the Tri-State. Kitchens, bathrooms, floors and a full reset for the next check-in. Pricing depends on the property and schedule, so call for a quote.
A turnover is a full reset, not a maintenance tidy of a home someone lives in full time. Guests leave the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors in different condition every time, so we quote from the property and the schedule rather than a flat “per stay” number posted online. Tell us how many bedrooms and bathrooms the rental has, where it sits, and how often it turns.
Huntington has the most short-term rentals we get asked about, including places near downtown and Marshall University. We also turn rentals in Kenova, Ceredo, and the other Tri-State towns on our list. If the property is over the river in Ashland or Ironton, you’re still in the area as long as you’re within about 25 miles of Kenova.
Linens and laundry
Bed linen changes and a load of laundry can be added to the visit. That work is described on the house cleaning page. Ask for it when you book. We don’t promise a same-day flip, and we don’t promise a checkout window until we’ve agreed to the schedule by phone. Send the checkout time with the quote and we’ll tell you whether we can make it.
What we need from a host
The ZIP code, the size, how many guests the place sleeps, whether there’s a washer and dryer, and where supplies live if you want us to use yours. Otherwise we bring our own. Access is arranged by phone, the same way we do it for a family home. Don’t put a lockbox code in the form.
How a visit works
We're licensed and insured, and we bring our own supplies and equipment. If you want a particular product used in your home, tell us when you request the quote. We accept all forms of payment. Say what you prefer when we confirm the cleaning.
You don't have to be home. We arrange keys or other access with you directly. Please don't put a door code in the website form. Call or text (304) 710-5430 and we'll set it up with you.
Country Roads Cleaning Solutions is women-owned and based in Kenova, West Virginia. You can reach us Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We're closed Saturday and Sunday.
